Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for modules and maintain clear documentation.
• Work across processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and changes.
• Facilitate creation of solution designs for modules under PM guidance.
• Review code, resolve queries, and create replication patterns.
• Collaborate with PMs through all phases of the SDLC.
• Monitor testing activities and conduct UAT for modules.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Modify code to resolve errors and upgrade interfaces.
• Coordinate with teams to validate configurations and deployments.
• Prepare training materials and ensure smooth adoption of new apps.
• Maintain technical docs, flowcharts, and diagrams.
