Job summary

MPI-Limited seeks Aircraft Engineering Mechanical Supervisors with Merlin experience for roles at RNAS Culdrose, Helston. You will supervise Merlin maintenance teams ensuring compliance with naval air standards and safety regulations.

To be considered, you must have the right to work in the UK; we cannot provide sponsorship for visas. Approx. 3 years in airworthiness and a Supervisory Certificate of Competency are required, with knowledge of Merlin systems, CIETP, and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Approx. 3 years in an airworthiness environment.
• Standards-based supervisory capability and SSC verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Merlin maintenance and support activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within AESAS and IMOS contracts.
• Interface with operations to deliver aircraft support services.
• Promote safety and quality in all maintenance tasks.
