Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Team Member in Wolverhampton for a part-time role. You will help create a welcoming gaming atmosphere, perform venue housekeeping, and ensure excellent customer service during shifts that include weekends and bank holidays.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Excellent customer service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity and act accordingly.
• Assist with administration to maintain 100% accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating when needed per the complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policies.
