MERKUR Slots in Romford is seeking a Part Time Team Member to help create a welcoming gaming atmosphere and deliver great service. You will support day-to-day venue operations on a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help promotions run smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Log customer interactions and escalate when needed.
