Job summary

MERKUR Slots in Worksop is looking for a Supervisor to join our venue team. You will lead front-line staff, ensure excellent customer service, and support daily operations to drive targets.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the venue, maintaining standards, and mentoring team members. A proactive, customer-focused approach and flexibility to work day or night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or related industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring others.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closure of the venue.
• Assist the venue manager in day-to-day activities of the venue.
• Ensure interior/exterior standards and housekeeping are maintained.
• Promote customer service standards and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Ensure venue cash handling and security procedures are followed.
