MERKUR Slots Willesden is seeking a Team Member to welcome guests and deliver a first-class gaming experience. This 40-hour/week role offers £13.25–£14.75 per hour, with a night rate of £14.75 between 23:00 and 06:00.

You will work on a rota that includes weekends and Bank Holidays and receive comprehensive training. Benefits include 28 days holiday, a quarterly bonus scheme, a contributory pension, life assurance, staff discounts, and access to an employee assistance programme.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure venue housekeeping is always of the highest standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
• Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and drives customer satisfaction.
• Own and resolve problems, escalating when appropriate per complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during your shift and log interactions as required.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
• Promote product knowledge to support the customer journey.
