Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK is seeking a part-time Keyholder (Armley) to help deliver an exceptional gaming experience. You will open, trade and close the venue in the absence of the Venue Manager, maintain high housekeeping standards and handle cash securely.

The role requires flexibility to work on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays, with a 24-hour- week schedule. Training will be provided and career progression is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and progress in the role.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open, trade and close the venue in the Venue Manager's absence.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Handle cash; provide change and manage float per procedures.
• Assist with bingo, catering or other duties as required by the Venue Manager.
• Payout for machine faults when authorised by the Venue Manager.
• Monitor customer behaviour and report suspicious activities.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support promotions and ensure excellent customer service.
