Merkur Slots in Crewe is seeking a dedicated Keyholder Nights to oversee venue operations on night shifts. You will manage opening and closing tasks, assist with tills, and maintain a welcoming gaming environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in retail, hospitality or gambling, strong communication skills and a flexible weekend-ready schedule. Training and career progression are part of our supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Open/close venue when Venue Manager is absent.
• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standard; clean equipment and surfaces.
• Provide cash change and manage float per procedures.
• Assist with bingo, catering or other duties as required by Venue Manager.
• Payout for machine faults as authorised by Venue Manager.
• Monitor customer behaviour and report suspicious activity.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support promotions and ensure customer service meets standards.
