Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK is seeking a Keyholder in Coventry to manage opening, trading and closing procedures, ensuring the venue meets the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. You will handle cash, support the team, and maintain safe and engaging gaming areas.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/Banks and a staff-friendly environment with progression opportunities and a pension scheme. Training will be provided to those new to the industry.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash in a busy retail/hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a rota including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open, operate and close the venue as required in the absence of the Venue/Assistant Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with gaming duties as needed.
• Handle cash and assist with float management and machine fault payouts where authorised.
