Job Description:

We are working with a boutique corporate finance firm founded in 2014, specialising in board advisory, fundraising, and M&A for ambitious, founder-led businesses in the marcoms and tech sectors. They are young, energetic, and entrepreneurial and are looking for someone who is too.

The Role

As an Associate, you’ll work closely with their partners across multiple high-impact engagements. This is a unique opportunity to fast-track your career and eventually lead their core M&A team.

You will:

  • Project manage complex M&A transactions
  • Conduct high-quality financial and commercial analysis
  • Prepare buyer lists, teasers, and confidential information memoranda
  • Evaluate offers and support clients through due diligence
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisers
  • Build financial models and perform valuations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing services and/or technology sectors
  • Project managing sell-side mandates (compulsory)
  • Proven track record managing deals and meeting deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude
  • Comfortable working in a small, ambitious team
