Amazon Pay is the service which offers a more convenient and secure shopping experience for Amazon customers.
Amazon Pay enables customers to use their shipping and payment information, such as credit cards stored on Amazon, for shopping on off-Amazon sites. This service allows customers to avoid remembering every single ID/password at non-Amazon sites, eliminates the need to enter an address/credit card, and provides protection under the Amazon Marketplace Guarantee. For merchants, Amazon Pay can increase conversion rates (cart-in to complete-purchase) and acquire new members.
Since the JP launch in May 2015, more than 100,000 ecommerce sites have implemented the service, and this business is growing faster than planned. The Amazon Pay JP Marketing team is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who can play a critical role in acquiring new merchants to implement Amazon Pay on their ecommerce sites. Working with the sales team, partner team, global marketing team, and other internal and external partners, this role will be responsible for digital marketing (e.g., email, paid media, and website management) and campaign planning to drive new merchant acquisition. You should have a B2B marketing background and a high level of comfort working within a sophisticated set of marketing tools, enabling you to manage a high volume of activity to achieve activity-based metrics.
