The Team

Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.

The Role

As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for managing all EMEA store promotions ensuring each promotion has the right visibility and go-live dates on the online Store. These promotions help strengthen consumer retention, build greater market share, and distribute products across Europe.

The Merchandising Manager must be proficient in navigating complex cross-functional working partners including but not limited to: sales, CRM, paid media, global and local teams, and creative agencies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work with our sales team to ensure promotions are scheduled on time, and assess the support level for each promotion.
• Compile templated copy based on promotion type.
• Brief promotions into our internal tool for the Publishing Team to enact.
• Review content before it goes live.
• Support Campaigns GTM in planning, briefing, and reporting on all campaigns and promotions to:
• Ensure all necessary information is available to create briefs.
• Determine the appropriate content strategy.
• Localize content and collaborate with creative agencies to produce assets.
