Overview:


An exciting opportunity to join a successful ecommerce business based in the heart of Guildford!


As a Merchandising Assistant, you will be joining a collaborative Buying and Merchandising team, supporting with the key business functions, these include:


Responsibilities:


  1. Manage purchase orders and intake processes.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers and ensure delivery schedules run smoothly.
  3. Maintain accurate documentation and analyse data for seasonal planning.
  4. Help the team prepare for weekly trading and stock purchasing.

Skills/Experience Required:


  1. Retail experience (store or head office) and commercial awareness.
  2. Numeracy skills with intermediate Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  3. A relevant degree or business qualification (ideal but not essential).
  4. Strong organisational and communication skills.
