Your New Role...

An exciting new position has opened with the Merchandising team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter.

The Merchandising team plays a critical role in supporting Retail operations, helping to bring the magic alive across all Warner Bros Studio Tour locations for the UK, Japan and North America including the Studio Tour, Platform 9¾ stores and Ecommerce operations at our online Harry Potter Shop.

As Merchandising Assistant you will be crucial in helping to ensure the allocation of the right product to the right place and at the right time, supporting the merchandising team in the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the department and helping to maximise sales and growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist daily & weekly reporting and complete administrative tasks at the highest standard.
  • Own, plan and action allocations to maximise sales and revenue for all channels.
  • Work with both internal and external partners to ensure stock availability for critical key lines.
  • Support the merchandising team with queries and projects.
  • Work closely and build rapport with colleagues across studio tour, ecommerce and warehouse.
  • Raise, issue, and maintain accurate POs to ensure that stock is received on time and accurately.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Highly effective communication skills with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers and keen to probe to understand more.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, able to prioritise and manage workload.
  • A key attention to detail.
  • A great attitude and who is willing to learn.
  • Relevant degree; or a minimum of ‘A’ level standard or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including (but not limited to) Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Harry Potter fan and the expectations they have when visiting any of our locations.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
