Our client, located in Shepherd's Bush, is currently seeking a talented Merchandising Administration Assistant to join their team!

In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support in trading, merchandise planning, and forecasting. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will contribute to the success of the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating accurate delivery forecasts to support the wider business and resource planning.
  • Producing weekly delivery summaries and providing feedback.
  • Prioritising deliveries and workload aligned with department and business strategy.
  • Ensuring smooth product flow during shipping by coordinating early stock deliveries.
  • Collaborating with Trade and Transport teams on shipping terms and customs compliance.
  • Resolving warehouse delivery queries promptly.
  • Monitoring weekly returns analysis and minimizing returns.
  • Negotiating discounts, cancellations, SORs, and RTVs for late deliveries.
  • Managing product visibility on the website with badges like "Back in Stock" and "More Coming Soon".
  • Preparing and presenting weekly performance reports.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
