This is a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in Merchandising, Operations, or E-commerce. Working closely with the Founder, Merchandising Manager and studio team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory organised, our stock levels healthy, and our production workflow running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Tracking and managing inventory movements, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Supporting regular stock counts and flagging any discrepancies, keeping our system up to date and accurate.
- Monitoring sales performance and raw material usage to help prevent stock-outs.
- Raising internal order requests with the founder for replenishments.
- Assisting in preparing manufacturing kits for our studio production team.
- Keeping our stock wall system tidy, accurate, and up to date.
- Liaising with couriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Supporting with ad hoc studio tasks when needed — we’re a startup and every day is different!
- Helping the Merchandising Manager with trade reports and product performance analysis.

Skills and Experience Required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confidence with data.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Friendly, positive communicator who enjoys solving problems.
- An interest in e-commerce, merchandising, or product operations.
- A degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or admin role is a bonus, but not essential.
