Job summary

NAMED COLLECTIVE is a London-born fashion brand redefining leisurewear with a bold, community-driven approach. This Merchandising Admin Assistant role sits in a fast-paced team shaping weekly, monthly and seasonal trading decisions.

You will support with data analysis, reporting for trade meetings and stock planning, while coordinating with Product Development, Ecommerce and Operations to ensure timely product launches. Based in London, eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support with weekly, monthly and seasonal trading analysis.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for trade meetings and seasonal planning.
• Monitor product performance, sell-through rates and stock availability.
• Raise and maintain purchased orders with accuracy across merchandising systems.
• Assist with stock allocation and replenishment to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Ecommerce and Operations to ensure launches.

WHO R U?

Reporting to the Junior Merchandiser, you are highly analytical with a genuine passion for fashion. You also have

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally with different functions
• A proactive, positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
• Previous experience within merchandising is desirable but not essential

THE ROLE

• Support with weekly, monthly and seasonal trading analysis
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to support with trade meetings and seasonal planning
• Monitor product performance, sell through rates and stock availability
• Raise & maintain purchased orders, ensuring accuracy across all merchandising systems and reporting
• Assist with stock allocation and replenishment to ensure products are available in line with customer demand, in the correct location
• Work very closely with suppliers and cross-functionally with Product Development, Ecommerce and Operations to ensure successful product launches

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
• Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm to learn
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
