A leading entertainment company is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to support data reporting and analysis at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. This six-month fixed-term role involves supporting a major systems transformation project and requires a high level of analytical ability along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ideal candidates will have experience at the Assistant Merchandiser level and strong communication skills.

Your New Role... An opportunity for a Junior Merchandiser with strong data reporting, analysis and visualisation skills to become a part of an expanding retail group, supporting one of the world's best known IPs at the Warner Bros Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter. The Merchandising team helps to bring the magic alive across all Warner Bros Studio Tour locations in the UK, Japan and North America, including the Studio Tour, Platform 9¾ Stores and our Ecommerce operations at our online Harry Potter Shop (www.harrypottershop.co.uk). With the opening of two new sites in the past year and with plans for further expansion, we are a global omnichannel business enjoying significant growth. The Junior Merchandiser (Systems & Reporting) is a data-driven role delivering insightful reporting, processes and systems for product and store performance across all channels (Store, Tour, Web), with the opportunity to support in the delivery of a major business transformation project. This is a six month fixed term contract position, based at Leavesden Park.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of a major systems transformation project
  • Deliver UAT and deliver project workstream reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure best practice and consistency in systems reporting across global team
  • Build & maintain robust reporting & forecasting tools across all retail channels (Store / Tour / Web)
  • Work with key stakeholders (UK & Global) to support reporting and forecasting
  • Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to maintain excellent working relationships
Qualifications
  • High level of analytical ability
  • Highly computer literate, Microsoft Office skills at advanced level is a must-have, particularly with Excel
  • Aptos, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP solutions experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to influence and present ideas in a positive professional manner
  • Educated to a minimum of A-level (or significant vocational experience)
  • Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser level or similar
