Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in the search of a Collection Merchandiser/ Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that delivers sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
• Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing architecture, trends, and market analysis to influence decisions while maximizing margins.
• Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
• Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
• Monitoring sales feedback across all sales channels and taking corrective actions based on past season’s insights to drive the category.
