Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in the search of a Collection Merchandiser/ Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and implementation of a successful product assortment that delivers on sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
• Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring the right touchpoints in terms of pricing architecture and trends, using market analysis to influence key decisions while maximizing margins.
• Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
• Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
• Monitoring sales feedback across all sales channels, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to address past season’s issues and drive category growth.
