Fella & Jones are partnered with a global luxury fashion brand in search of a Collection Merchandiser / Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.

The role involves:

• Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that meets sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
• Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring appropriate pricing architecture and trend considerations, using market analysis to influence decisions while maximizing margins.
• Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
• Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth potential.
• Monitoring sales feedback across all channels and taking corrective actions based on past season's performance to drive category growth.
