A great opportunity for a Merchandiser to join a growing Ecommerce Retailer in the Worsley area. They sell a variety of trend-led products for the home and apparel, including bedding, throws, cushions, and loungewear. Due to strong trading figures and company investment, they are seeking to add another Merchandiser to their Merchandising team.

Job Description
  1. The Merchandiser will be responsible for forecasting sales and intake requirements for a range of products.
  2. Review historical sales figures and record lessons learned regularly.
  3. Liaise with factories and the Product Team to ensure shipment deadlines are met for ongoing and new lines.
  4. Identify issues and escalate to the Merchandise Manager with suggestions for resolution.
  5. Manage stock intake within set stock turn targets.
  6. Optimize own stock to maximize availability and minimize discontinued products.
  7. Aggregate sales and stock data across multiple sales channels.
  8. Propose range refreshes for new and exiting products.
