Job description

We are working with a growing fashion brand who are looking for a Merchandiser to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

Based in London, you will work closely with Buyers, Designers and Retail Partners, playing a key role in driving profitability and strengthening brand presence. You will be responsible for overseeing critical path and intake, from planning through to delivery.

This role offers hybrid working.

Main Responsibilities will include:
  1. Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  2. Provide insights into bestsellers, slow movers, and emerging product opportunities
  3. Oversee critical path meetings for relevant categories to review and manage actual & planned exit dates
  4. Frequent communication with internal departments
  5. Work with suppliers and internal teams to manage the critical path, ensuring timely delivery of stock
  6. Maintain strong relationships with buying and merchandising teams at retail partners
  7. Assist in range planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand
Person Specification:
  1. At least 5+ years in merchandising within fashion retail, ideally working with department stores or wholesale accounts
  2. Strong numerical and analytical skills
  3. Ability to identify opportunities to drive sales and profit
  4. Confident in liaising with internal teams and external retail partners
  5. Strong Excel skills and experience using merchandising systems or retail analytics tools
