Job summary

Cosine Group in Brighton, United Kingdom, invites applicants for a seasonal, full-time merchandising role on behalf of Schwartz Herbs & Spices. Start date 29 September 2026; contract ends 31 December 2026, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, visiting stores across your territory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replenish Schwartz products onto main fixtures and ensure correct merchandising.
• Stock and merchandise according to planograms.
• Check stock levels and report out-of-stocks.
• Keep secondary displays tidy and well-presented.
• Take before/after photos and report activity via the app.

Looking for full-time work through to the end of the year? Join our seasonal merchandising team, working on behalf of McCormick Foods - the makers of well-known Schwartz Herbs & Spices.

Start date: Tuesday 29th September 2026
Contract: Until 31st December 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Pay: £110.00 per day + £10 per day completion bonus + business mileage

Ideal location: Brighton, United Kingdom, BN2

Territory: Brighton and surrounding areas.

What will you be doing?

This is a field-based merchandising role, so you'll spend your day out on the road, visiting grocery stores across your territory and making sure Schwartz products are fully stocked, correctly merchandised and looking their best.

Your day will include:

• Replenishing Schwartz Herbs & Spices onto the main fixture.
• Merchandising products accurately to agreed planograms.
• Checking stock levels and reporting any out-of-stock products.
• Making sure secondary displays are fully stocked, tidy and looking great.
• Taking before and after photos of your work.
• Reporting completed activity through an app after each visit.

Please note: This is a physical role involving the regular movement and lifting of stock, so you must be comfortable with heavy lifting throughout the working day.

This role would be a great fit if you:

• Have previous merchandising, grocery or retail experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Enjoy being out on the road and working independently.
• Are organised and able to plan and manage a busy workload.
• Are confident using a smartphone and apps to complete reporting.
• Are physically able and willing to move and lift stock throughout the day.
• Have access to a mobile phone and internet connection that you are happy to use for work.
• Can commit to working for the full duration of the seasonal campaign until 31st December 2026.

Briefing: Tuesday 29th September at our Head Office in Stokenchurch
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hours worked between 8am and 8pm
Pay: £110.00 per day + £10.00 per day completion bonus + business mileage
