Job summary

Cosine Group is seeking a Merchandiser in the Malmesbury area for part-time work, typically 2–4 hours per week, with potential to increase during busy periods. The role pays £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding, with training provided and ongoing work available.

Flexible across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). You will visit stores within 10 miles, set up POS materials, and maintain appealing displays.

Qualifications

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. Fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use of own car to carry promotional materials or small displays.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Keep displays stocked and attractive to drive sales.
• Arrange and top up products so they are easy to find for customers.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Malmesbury area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Use of a car is essential.

Territory covering: Malmesbury(you will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here) and surrounding

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we're looking for:
