Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers to cover the Sheffield area with an initial approximate 2–4 hours per week, likely increasing during busy periods. A car is essential, and the role includes visiting stores to set up POS materials, refresh displays, and support promotions.

You’ll work across Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Health & beauty experience is a plus, and training and ongoing support are provided by the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Comfortable navigating stores and setting up POS materials.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Own car and valid driving licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks and audits.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and align product displays with planograms.
• Ensure stock is visible on shelves to drive sales and maintain displays.
• Top up products on shelves and negotiate display space where possible.
• Move stock when needed and report through the app with photos.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Sheffield area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week* (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial - supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Use of a car is essential. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app — this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
