Job Description
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our Merchandising Department at our Support Centre in Leicester.
As the Merchandiser, you'll maximize sales and profitability in your assigned departments by strategically planning, controlling, and monitoring merchandise from purchase through distribution, always aligning with Watches of Switzerland Group values. You'll partner with the Buyer to develop and execute department strategies, manage product ranges to hit sales, stock, profit, and space targets, and lead the trading of all product areas. This includes using the MAP system, fostering strong supplier relationships, and leading and coaching your team. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and deputizing for senior leadership.
