We are the antithesis of fast fashion, committed to sustainability, quality, and conscious consumption. We’re a certified B Corp, use organic and natural materials wherever possible, and are proud to have donated over £30,000 last year to homelessness and women’s support charities.

We’ve shipped over 500,000 products, we have been on a rocketship trajectory and are hugely ambitious, with recent launches in the US and Australia. We’re on a mission to become one of the largest luxury goods retailers in the world in the next 10 years and significantly reshape the industry as we grow.

If you'd like to join us on this wild journey, then read on below and join our incredible team

About the role

We're looking for a Merchandise Planner to own stock planning, using commercial knowledge and trend insight to forecast sales, stock and orders. It's a real opportunity to take ownership of demand planning that supports multiple areas of the business, keeping key products in stock and having a direct impact on sales and profitability.

You'll be data driven, spotting the trends that will maximize sales growth and making confident decisions at pace to keep stock healthy.

You'll report to The Head of Merchandising & Buying, and work closely with Buying & Merchandising team, Design, Product Development, Production, Operations, Finance, E-commerce and Marketing.

The type of person you are and your values are just as important to us as your skills and experience, as we are passionate about building an exceptional team of people who work well together.

What do those values look like?
  • Customer obsessed
  • High-performance
  • Take the initiative
  • Enjoy the Ride
What you'll do
Forecasting and stock planning
  • Build and own accurate demand forecasts across all SKUs and categories
  • Align all projected buy quantities with budgets and open-to-buy (OTB), working ahead of supplier lead times to place orders at the right time to resolve stock imbalances early
  • Partner with Production to forecast fabric and unit volumes, supporting supplier relationships, production plans and warehouse intake
  • Support the Merchandising & Buying team with top-down budget planning and bottom-up rolls, identifying risks and opportunities across key KPIs: Net sales, RRP and FOB growth or decline, margin, units, intake, discounts and markdown.
  • Raise PO’s ready for sign off.
Trading and stock health
  • Identify fast and slow movers and bring recommended actions to the Buying team so we can act quickly
  • Track sell-through to guide promotional decisions and keep stock healthy
  • Monitor launches and adapt plans quickly based on early sales indicators
  • Understand the margin impact of promotions, and how sell-through will affect the product mix, when deciding what to promote
Insight and reporting
  • Build and maintain sales and stock reports and dashboards that turn stock and trading performance into clear actions
  • Present clear data to support decisions on new buys and repeats
  • Measure the uplift from key marketing activity and promotions to inform pricing decisions
  • Provide clear insights that feed into planning and shape future ranging and product development
  • Ensure data integrity across all systems and flag any issues early
Working across the business
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing and Buying to support pre-orders and product visibility across all online platforms
3 reasons this role is exceptional
  • You will learn a lot and be given responsibility in your area. Working alongside brilliant people you will learn how a variety of functions inside a business work, because that's how great startups do it.

  • Our team and suppliers offer vast experience in the apparel and home categories, with regular opportunities to make industry contacts and increase your professional exposure.
About you
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience as a merchandise or demand planner (ideally 5+ years)
  • Into the data: you get into trends quickly and use them to drive sell-through and stock efficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills, confident using planning systems to build forward sales curves, and quick to pick up new tools as the business evolves
  • Comfortable with both bottom-up detail and big-picture planning
  • Commercially driven, with a clear understanding of how stock decisions impact margin and profit
  • A track record of improving stock health and sell-through
  • Confident making decisions and recommendations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in clothing and/or bedding and homeware is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment

  • An understanding of supplier lead times, minimum order quantities and FOB costs when buying from overseas manufacturers
The package
  • This is a full-time role, requiring at least 3 days per week in our West London studio.
  • Salary will be market leading and set based on your experience
