Job description

At ProCook, we do more than just cook up beautiful, high-quality kitchenware—we design for life. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Merchandise Planner who can bring strategic thinking, commercial savvy, and a passion for performance to our Merchandising team.

What You’ll Do

As our new Merchandise Planner, you’ll lead the forecasting and planning for key product categories, ensuring the right stock lands in the right place, at the right time—and at the right price. You’ll work closely with our Buying, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to maximise profitability, manage markdowns, and ensure availability across all channels.

This is a full-time 37.5hrs/week role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You’ll be at the heart of:

  • Developing robust category forecasts, trading plans and promotional calendars
  • Monitoring stock performance and driving action through data-led insights
  • Aligning demand planning with suppliers and internal teams
  • Driving performance through timely, accurate reporting and KPI management
  • Championing the ProCook critical path to ensure stock and sales plans are delivered
  • Forecasting product demand for various categories, analysing historical data and market trends
  • Collaborating with the buying team to develop effective inventory strategies
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches
  • Preparing regular reports and insights to drive business decisions
  • Identifying opportunities for stock optimisation and sales growth

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A strong background in retail merchandising or planning
  • Advanced forecasting and analytical skills (Excel is your friend)
  • A knack for spotting commercial opportunities and risks
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • An eye for detail and a proactive mindset
  • You’re data-driven, results-focused, and genuinely excited by the opportunity to grow a category, a team—and yourself
