Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Mercedes Benz Dealership in Hull.
The hours of work are between 8:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week and working every other weekend, 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of up to £53,000.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with Listers, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued by understanding how our vehicles fit into their lives. Your focus will be on matching customers to the right cars and features, from financing to contracts, aiming for total customer satisfaction throughout the process.

You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet inquiries.
Achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products to maximise profit.
Adhere to FCA and data protection regulations by accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the customer database.

About You

This role may suit someone with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
You should demonstrate a record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers is essential.
Potential to build a successful career in the industry.
A valid UK driver’s license is required.
Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
