Overview

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Sales Consultants are at the heart of delivering first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Consultant means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during the car buying journey, so it is crucial to get the service right first time and every time.

Mercedes-Benz of Teesside have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car. Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultants work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers during the car buying journey, delivering high levels of service.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them through the process of buying a new car.
• Work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit.
• Experience in customer service within a retail environment is a minimum requirement.
