Job Title: Mercedes-Benz of Southampton, Sales Executive

Overview

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz of Southampton. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and additional benefits. The position involves providing high-quality customer service, guiding customers through vehicle purchases, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure excellent customer outcomes in every interaction.
  2. Respond to inquiries regarding new and used vehicle sales.
  3. Assist customers throughout their purchase process, offering outstanding service.
  4. Achieve individual sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
  5. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
  6. Maintain updated knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options.
  7. Manage vehicle handovers and ensure compliance with processes.
  8. Adhere to industry and company regulations concerning vehicle sales, finance, and insurance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in sales, ideally within the motor industry.
  • Proactive attitude and passion for customer support.
  • Ability to build rapport and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Keen interest in the motor industry and a successful sales career.
Additional Information

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with weekends on a rota basis.
