Job description

Join LSH Auto as a Mercedes Benz Maintenance Technician at our prestigious dealership in Macclesfield. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled technician who is passionate about luxury vehicles and committed to delivering the highest standard of service. You will play an integral role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of our fleet of Mercedes Benz vehicles, providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Welcome Bonus: £2000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,700 including OTE bonus, potential earnings up to £45,000.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring timely and accurate repairs
  • Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables while maintaining detailed records of services performed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle conditions and service needs

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality work
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training, particularly in electric vehicle technologies
