Job description

Overview

We currently have a fantastic and rare opportunity available for a qualified Mercedes-Benz technician, Workshop Controller or Foreman to join our Mercedes workshop and to further progress your career. Previous experience with Mercedes-Benz vehicles will be a prerequisite given the importance of the role.

Responsibilities

• To provide support and guidance to fellow technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork whilst sharing your knowledge and experience
• Work closely with the General Manager organising the daily workload according to the scope and type of work
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs for more specialised vehicles and resolving technical problems
• Be responsible for quality control and road tests for all vehicles serviced and repaired
• Liaise with customers when necessary, providing expert technical advice building on our enviable reputation for trust and reliability
• In house and manufacturer training provided

Qualifications / Experience

• The ideal candidate will have a track record with a Mercedes franchised dealer or Mercedes Independent specialist.

Terms & Conditions

OTE negotiable based on skills and experience

£1,000 sign-on bonus payable after 30 days of employment, with a further £500 after 90 days, and a final payment of £1,000 after 6 months.
