Job summary

Sytner Group at Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes is seeking an Enquiry Manager to lead enquiry management, drive chassis profitability and grow F&I profitability, while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will report to the Head of Sales, bring leadership and strong motor trade know-how, and be prepared for a full-time role including weekend work.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the motor trade.
• Outstanding track record in sales or sales management (including Business Manager experience).
• Well-developed leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and deliver high standards of service.

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Enquiry Manager to join our motivated sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Milton Keynes.

As a Sytner Enquiry Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for chassis profitability, growing sales rate through enquiry management and assisting with growth in F&I profitability. You will implement effective sales plans and ensure that you deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time role which will include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of the motor trade and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management (including Business Manager experience) within the motor industry. Well-developed leadership and communication skills are also required.

You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
