If you have a fully valid UK driver’s license, Refrigeration Multi-skilled M&E experience, and want to progress your career with an award-winning FM provider then read on….
You’ll be out and about on the road travelling to your assigned sites, carrying out planned Refrigeration M&E works. The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on Retail Refrigeration Equipment like Packs and Cold storage, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are M&E Biased so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on M&E Equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.
