Salary: London: £67,820 - £84,776 + £5,000 car allowance per annum
Manchester: £61,698 - £77,123 + £5,000 car allowance per annum

Hours: 36 hours/week

Role overview: We seek an experienced Mechanical Electrical Public Health Infrastructure & Technology (MEPH) Manager to join our development team. This role involves working closely with project development and strategic land teams to provide engineering support and advice on building services.

Responsibilities include: Planning and leading information gathering, analysis, stakeholder consultation, specifying and negotiating project deliverables, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

Qualifications & experience: Background in design process management from contracting or consulting, significant experience in building services within residential markets, and a recognized qualification in Building Services Engineering or equivalent industry experience. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.
