This well established MEP Contractor requires a Graduate MEP Technician who can produce and deliver high quality 3D MEP models for the Construction Industry. You will be working on new high rise housing projects in the London area with values up to £100 million. The position will facilitate development of your expertise by being part of a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team.
MEP Technician Key Responsibilities
This role will require the individual to:
Produce quality, multidisciplined, coordinated 3D models
Assist Project/Delivery Manager in task completion

MEP Technician Qualifications:
Essential:
Relevant/Associated degree qualification
Know how to use software (Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, & AutoCAD).
Have a good understanding of clash detection tests and model reviews
Have knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services
Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages.
Desirable:
Have good knowledge in the use of EDMS systems
GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Math's and English
Good knowledge to Implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs
