Job description

We are currently seeking a Working M&E Supervisor to join our team on our site in Ashford. Our portfolio of projects includes residential sites ranging from domestic re-modelling to multi-unit housing.

The successful candidate must have proven experience of supervising mechanical and electrical installation works, ideally in a residential environment. SSSTS or above would be required for supervising works plus a suitable technical qualification in mechanical and electrical works. Good communication skills and eye for detail are a must. We have a fair and comprehensive selection procedure.

Key Competencies

• Supervise all repairs, servicing and maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical.
• Manage the Subcontractors and operatives.
• Manage the financial performance for responsible areas.
• Ensuring operational activities complies to H&S requirements.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports on the area you are responsible for.
• Ensure productivity is at appropriate levels to ensure service delivery and profitability.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must demonstrate significant experience working in a construction environment.
• Relevant CSCS (gold minimum) and competency cards will be required.
• All applicants will have to provide two professional trade references prior starting the work on our site.
