Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Small Works Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of small mechanical and electrical works within our Facilities Management portfolio. You will coordinate engineers, manage everyday project tasks, and support the estimation and RAM review processes to keep commercial information current.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel
• Experience in a similar role/industry
• Strong planning, organisation and monitoring abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage small works for the department and coordinate day-to-day activities
• Assist in estimating of the works and review RAMs
• Maintain up-to-date commercial information and stakeholder communications
• Provide effective team leadership for engineers on projects under pressure
