Job summary

Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp, based in Cardiff, is seeking an MEP Revit Technician. The role focuses on producing detailed Revit models and drawings for mechanical, electrical and public health services, working within an expanding design team.

You’ll join a growing specialist firm, receive in-house Revit training, and contribute to a varied portfolio of live projects while developing your technical capabilities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Autodesk Revit in an MEP or building services context.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health services.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and coordinate with a wider design team.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop detailed Revit models and drawings for MEP services.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate, coordinated models across live projects.
• Model mechanical and electrical services and show how systems interact in the building design.
• Adapt workflows to changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Take increasing ownership of drawings as experience grows.
