About the Company

Our client is a professional practice of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) building services engineers with six offices across the UK. The practice is wholly owned by the Directors and has grown organically. They specialize in low-carbon and low-energy design, renewable energy, BREEAM, sustainability, and facilities management. Key sectors include Commercial, Further Education, Residential, and Laboratories. Role

The company seeks an individual to help advance their 3D Revit standards, primarily working on Revit, with occasional 2D CAD tasks.

1. Creating and maintaining 3D models of MEP systems using Revit.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and team members to ensure accurate MEP system representation.
3. Assisting in coordination and clash detection of MEP systems with other trades.
4. Generating detailed drawings, diagrams, and documentation for construction and installation.
5. Staying updated on Revit software advancements and MEP design practices.

Qualifications / Experience

1. HNC / Degree in a relevant field such as CAD design, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
2. Experience with Revit software in an MEP environment.
3. Good understanding of MEP systems, industry codes, standards, and best practices.
4. Previous experience in a consultancy or similar setting.
5. Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
