Job summary

A leading M&E Design Bureau in Croydon is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to ensure timely delivery of design drawings and models. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in building services engineering. This role offers a salary ranging from £35k to £40k, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the production of building services engineering drawings.
• Fully proficient in the most current versions of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience of drawing/model production in Building Services Engineering industry.
• Understanding of BIM analysis technologies and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of design drawings and models.
• Take ownership of drawing and model information.
• Manage, update and maintain Revit and CAD templates and content libraries.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join an established M&E Design Bureau based in Croydon.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of design drawings and models.
• Take ownership of drawing and model information.
• Manage, update and maintain Revit and CAD templates and content libraries from in house produced families and blocks to manufacturer specific content.

Qualifications

• Experience in the production of building services engineering drawings
• Fully proficient in the most current versions of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience of drawing / model production in Building Services Engineering industry
• Understanding of BIM analysis technologies and Navisworks.

Salary £35k - £40k but will depend on previous experience and references.
