Then our in-house MEP Engineering business, Crown House Technologies, is the company for you!

We're seeking an experiencedMEP Digital Engineer / Revit Coordinator to join our team at one of our offices in Dartford, Manchester, or Leeds. In this role, you'll contribute to iconic projects including nuclear power stations, life science facilities, data centres, and hospitals.

At CHt, our Digital Design Centre engineers fully develop and engineer projects before they hit site. This means optimised engineered solutions, maximised offsite manufacturing, reduced waste, and improved delivery efficiency. You'll work within our Engineering Enterprise, aligned to our strategy of maximising DfMA, Digital Engineering, and early stakeholder engagement.

What will the role look like?
  • Review design information to ensure completeness, compliance, and buildability — factoring in programme, safety, maintenance, and technical suitability

  • Support the implementation and control of design information through all project stages

  • Assist in reporting design progress, coordination, and interface management against project timelines

What you'll need
  • Contractor-side experience in MEP Digital Design / BIM Coordination, ideally with DfMA exposure

  • Relevant qualification such as a degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, MEICA, or an industry-recognised technical qualification (NVQ Level 4+)

  • Experience collaborating with design consultant teams

  • Good knowledge of a variety of building materials and construction techniques

  • Proficiency in Revit and Fabrication Parts plug in

Technical Skills & Capabilities
  • Ownership of design briefs and design optimisation

  • Expertise in DfMA principles and application

  • Experience managing consultancies and design teams
