Are you currently working within a Leadership function within the MEP Design sector? You may be an Associate/Regional Director looking to take the next step to Equity Partner.

Do you have a strong commercial background, capable of winning and delivering work, developing a team, and have the desire to lead and grow a regional office?

LDNY are currently working in partnership with a well-established M&E Design Consultancy. They are currently approximately 60 strong, with the aim to reach 100 plus high-quality engineers.

They currently have a strong presence in the North of England but have ambitions to grow nationally, with a particular emphasis on the South West, Leeds, and Birmingham regions.

MEP Director/Equity Partner Role Requirements:

1. Currently working at Senior Associate level or above; your title isn’t as important as your desire and ability to lead and develop an office/team.
2. You must be very strong commercially; you will be responsible for growing your own region and pipeline of work (with support), and you must be a client-facing business-winning leader.
3. Strong background within Building Services/MEP Design, ideally from a consultancy environment.
4. A proven track record leading and developing teams; you will be responsible for the growth of the office, bringing in new team members, and ensuring they receive ongoing CPD.
5. Please note, whilst they are ideally looking for people in Bristol, Birmingham, and Leeds, they are open-minded on other locations.
