Job Description:

Must have Build or Heavy Cut and Carve project experience.

Must have authorization to work in the UK.

You will oversee and carry out all surveying activities related to the M&E package, working closely with design, planning, and construction teams. Responsibilities include ensuring project margins are met, documentation is prepared, and quality assurance processes are followed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring site supervisory staff are aware of the project’s scope of work and tender package inclusions.
  • Preparing tender packages for M&E subcontract works.
  • Preparing documents for procurement of subcontractors.
  • Preparing contracts and tender documents.
  • Ensuring positive cash flow and meeting or exceeding forecasted project margins.
  • Preparing financial forecasts and reports on cash flow.
  • Administering subcontracts, including payments and claims, and submitting progress claims to the client.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Administer the head contract, including assessment of completed works and managing time extensions as needed.
