Salary: £45,000 - £95,000 + Package (Depending on Experience)

My client is a top-tier MEP Contractor with a strong reputation and deep-rooted presence in the London market, consistently ranking among the top five MEP contractors. As an industry leader in MEP construction, they are at the forefront of delivering high-profile projects across the capital.

Due to continued growth, they have an immediate requirement for Intermediate and Senior MEP Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation known for excellence, innovation, and career progression.

Senior level – Take full commercial control of major projects from start to finish, with the necessary backing of an established and experienced MEP commercial team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a contractor environment.
• Background working on large-scale commercial, healthcare, data centre, or hotel projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, cost control, and contract administration experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships effectively.
