Position Overview: An MEP Quantity Surveyor with at least 4 years of experience is sought to join a firm of PQS/construction consultants based in Birmingham. The role involves working on both new build and refurbishment projects across sectors such as commercial offices, mixed-use developments, residential, stadia, arenas, and data centres.

Responsibilities: You will be involved in all aspects of the PQS role, including pre and post-contract work.

Candidate Level: Open to candidates at all levels, from Assistant QS, Project Surveyor, Senior Project Surveyor, to possible Associate MEP QS.

Overview: A busy, established firm providing Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Project Management, and other services. They operate from two UK offices and are involved in projects both domestically and abroad.

Projects: The firm works on a variety of sectors, including commercial offices, residential, arenas, sports stadia, and data centres.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be an MEP Quantity Surveyor from a PQS firm or a Building Services MEP contractor.
• Minimum 4 years of UK experience as an MEP QS.
• Experience across diverse building projects is preferred.
• Proficient in CostX or similar billing software for MEP engineering services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage tasks through to completion.
• Stable employment record.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, likely between £50,000 and £80,000 per annum, plus benefits including RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus, and other perks.
