Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor with a flair for MEP projects, looking to take the next step in your career? An internationally recognised cost management consultancy is expanding their specialist MEP Quantity Surveying team in central London.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Role

This consultancy is renowned for delivering premium projects across a broad mix of sectors, including:

• Data Centres
• Life Sciences & Healthcare
• Commercial Real Estate
• Sports & Leisure

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a dedicated team delivering a full spectrum of MEP Quantity Surveying services, both pre and post-contract.

You will benefit from mentorship and training from industry-leading professionals, with a clear pathway to progress towards Senior and Associate roles. You’ll also be encouraged to develop your technical capabilities while gaining exposure to high-profile, complex projects.

The MEP Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

The incoming MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• 2+ years experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, preferably in a Consultancy environment
• Ambition to grow into a senior role with a leading consultancy
