Job summary

NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor responsible for cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration and cost control across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems on construction projects.

The role involves sourcing quotations, preparing costing and tender documents, and coordinating with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, clients and suppliers to resolve cost issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm or Construction Firm.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AUTOCAD.

Responsibilities

• Source quotations, price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Prepare project costing and documents for tender and contract.
• Liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers for project cost issues.
• Assist in procurement and cost control across MEP systems.
